1) Legal conditions for the purchase in The Circle Slippers

5) Shipping conditions.

Shipments will be made throughout Europe. The shipment will be made by the urgent courier company GLS.

The delivery time at your home will depend on the destination population.

The shipment will be free to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain (Peninsular), France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. For shipping to other countries and islands, please consult us.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (stock break), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

6) Taxes, fees and tariffs.  Sale of products to the Peninsula:

The RRP of the items with shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT.

 Sale of products to Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla:

The RRP of the items with shipping address to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country other than Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated in each article is the final price of the same for shipments to these CCAA.

The Circle Slippers will not be responsible for the DUA or the import and tax expenses (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs that are generated at the destination customs, if applicable.

7) Pricing policy.

The prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that there is a manifest error in the fixing of the price that appears in the product file, the price established for said product will prevail in the informative email that we will provide when we detect the error.

8) Returns.

In The Circle Slippers we want the satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not fit your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

A. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

B. Withdrawal:

We do not want you to keep anything that you do not like, that's why you can return an item if it does not fit your expectations. Therefore, according to the provisions of the Consumer Law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, under which you can return the product.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. The refund of the purchase price will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, in a maximum of 15 calendar days from the reliable reception of the request of withdrawal, as long as The Circle Slippers is the one who manages the collection of the article. 9) Guarantees

All our products are guaranteed nationwide, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear.

In case of defective product, we can proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

We will respond to the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.
